Inuyasha (犬夜叉 ?)

Inuyasha is a anime manga and was created by Rumiko Takahashi. It is about a highschool girl name Kagome, goes into her family's shrine and goes back in time to the Warring States era of Japan. She relizes this is possible because a sacret jewel of four souls is inside her, and many demons want it to become stronger. One of these is a half-demon name Inuyasha, who wanted the jewel since he discovered it when he met and fell in love with a priestess name Kikyo. Though Kagome is the reincarnation of Kikyo, so she also has her priestess powers.
But Kagome breaks and loses the jewel, so her and Inuyahsa go out to find every piece of it. They are joined by a fox demon named Shippo, a perverted monk named Miroku, and a demon slayer named Sango.
Evil, ofcourse, is in the story. Naraku, a man created by thousands of demons, also wants the jewel to become stronger. Naraku, demons, Seshomoru (Inuyasha's brother whose after the his sword), and pesty people in need from devastated villages keep the gang on a long journey.
