Obito
Obito Uchiha of the Uchiha clan. If Naruto Uzumaki were re-encarnated from someone it would be this guy. He wore goggles and had spikey hair, he trained under a well known guy when a Genin, and he wanted to prove he was stonger than the arrogent member of the group. Plus, some think he had a crush on the girl member Rin.

Ya thats true he had an crush on Rin but Obito and Naruto are almost alike they even have the same type of hair style maybe thats narutos dad but no still BELIEVE IT!!
